Fine January 1949 reprint with wonderful additions: a Bishop's Lodge pamphlet rate schedule for 1948-1949, a color photograph taken of the porch and view of the lodge, an addressed envelope with the stamped "first day of issue" of the 8 cent Willa Cather stamp on September 20, 1973. Fresh green cloth boards with fresh white front panel and spine pastedowns with a stylized orange border and crisp thick black lettering, textured beige dust jacket has the black silhouette drawing by Harold Von Schmidt with sienna titles. One small orange spot at bottom front paste-down and flyleaf where the envelope and picture are attached, dust jacket has small chips at spine-ends and tips, now protected in a clear Brodart cover.
